Paleo Magazine App Reviews

I paid MONEY for those and I expect to have access to them just like I would a paper version. Also, now I have mags to 2013 out there with download buttons, only the dont seem to be truly downloading. I dont want to have to be on wifi just to read these magazines!!! Need to have some FAST answers or I will be canceling my subscription AND I will want a refund for all issues that are not physically stored on my iPad just like my Kindle books are! Update: The magazines are downloading incredibly slowly-- Ive used up about 15% of my battery trying to download them on my home wifi--so the problem isnt signal strength or connectivity. This is truly ridiculous. The Obamacare of magazine apps. Takes away some of of the magazines I already purchased and makes it really difficult to get the current 2013 purchases...
